1)I belonged to the last 3 who finished the race. To my surprise, some tokens were given to us. I certainly appreciated it.

Positive Catalyst
1) Imagine the process of writing 50 pages of 7 years of life experience, or sharing 7 years of life story in 7 hours. It was made possible to produce a summary in 11 written lines because of a catalyst ROF.
2) Ratio: 3 years is to 2 days.
The tasks for 3 years was accomplished in just 2 days. Thanks to catalysts GBS and JDB
Perishable
Some “perishable” things have “imperishable” effects because of sincere acts of kindness and generosity.
