Praying For Families (PFP): Basic Differences

Praying for families which are broken, separated and hurt because of the rift of the relationship of husband and wife.

My wife goes for excellence. I am mediocre. This difference cause some misunderstandings. I am willing to adjust my bar a little bit higher. This has made our marriage last 20 years. Hoping and praying for more years ahead.

… I learned from the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ)

Lesson 5: Removing Clutter.

After 18 years of teaching, i accumulated a “lot” of things. The 2 months of ECQ made me clean up the many “rubbish”.  It boils down to ” simple ” living, basic essentials from wants, bare foundations from rubbish clutters, contended poverty from greedy wants and stable few from numerous temporary instability.

Lesson 4: Finding Other Sources.

During the ECQ, our drinking water delivery did not come, so i had to look for other sources. Luckily i found 2, and the blessing was that it was just walking distance.

Lesson 2: Health is Wealth

It may be cliche, but i really made myself healthy enough because i am the one doing all the errands of my family and my aging parents especially the ones which require me to leave the security and comforts of home. My intake of vitamins c and b-complex together with fish oil became more regular than ever. Sufficient rest and sleep became mandatory.

Lesson 1: Cooperative Spirit

I learned to fully follow unreservedly and totally, all health protocols, schedules and guidelines for my own sake, for the sake of my family and for the sake of all  whom i  relate to.

God goes ahead to prepare a way for us.

1)More than 20 yrs ago, he was a young man, an assistant to an aluminum business. When i needed somebody to make windows for my attic, he was already very much skilled.

2) A taxi was loaded and the driver was generous to pick me up. I arrived early at the sponsored aguinaldo mass (Dec.17,2022)
